The Serbian Tax Administration has issued decisions on the tax assessed on registered firearms for 2025, based on data provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The decisions are delivered to taxpayers by post and electronically, and for legal entities and entrepreneurs, they have already been posted in the tax mailbox on the ePorezi portal as of 18 November 2025. For
private individuals with an account on the eUprava portal, the decisions have also been delivered electronically on the same day.
For citizens who do not have an electronic mailbox, the decisions are sent by post, with the postmark date being 28 November 2025, which is uniform for the entire territory of Serbia.
Tax amounts for 2025:
The Tax Administration reminds taxpayers that a tax act is deemed to have been delivered 15 days after being handed over to the post, or on the day it is posted on the electronic portal in the case of digital delivery.
