Hunting associations of Western Serbia

WESTERN SERBIA – The hunting scene in the western part of the country is gaining strong organisational momentum. Under the auspices of the Western Serbia Hunting Federation, the coordination and development of activities by hunting associations that manage hunting grounds, implement measures for the protection of game, and work on improving hunting infrastructure in the region are continuing.

According to available data, the Union brings together 14 local hunting associations from the cities and municipalities of western Serbia, thereby establishing a unified network for planning hunting seasons, monitoring and controlling the population of game, as well as cooperation with state institutions and local authorities.

The members of the Union are hunting associations from the areas of Valjevo, Užice, Šabac, Loznica, Osečina, Bajina Bašta, Lajkovac, Čajetina, Bogatić, Mionica, Ljig, Belanovica, Arilje and Kosjerić, which work together to improve hunting and conserve natural resources.

The headquarters of the Western Serbia Hunting Federation is located in Valjevo, which serves as the administrative and organisational centre for this regional hunting organisation.
